Forms & Envelopes
Along with software, we stock a variety of forms for work tickets, invoicing and statements. Phone Support
Our support department is located in Phoenix, Arizona at the office of Laboratory Systems Group, Inc. When you call us, we guarantee you will be assisted by a highly trained, english-speaking technician. Our support department is staffed Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM Arizona time. Our reasonably priced support plans enable you to handle almost any situation that may arise.
Training

We produce software for plotting boring log, monitoring well installation and test pit logs, for reducing and reporting results from common geotechnical tests and for storage, and analysis of concrete and cement products strength test results.

CONS v. 4.0.0.35 Update Posted
Fixes several long-standing minor 'gotchas' regarding tangent line adjustment and tab switching, along with eliminating some screen flashing on changing between tabs. No calculations have been changed. (Complete change documentation is available here.)
Foreign Language Lab Software Programs
As always, get the update though the software by selecting Options > Setup General Options, then click on 'Internet' in the left-hand navigation panel, then click on the Check for Updates Now button.
SHEAR v. 4.0.1.2 Update Posted
The new update corrects a long-standing problem that caused 'Invalid class typecast' errors when importing data acquisition files into a test file configured with the 'Use square or rectangular shear box' option.
