Her eye makeup would be making them look better than what they are believe it or not. What is the limbal ring? The limbal ring is the dark circle around the colored part (the iris) of the eye. It separates the colored part of the eye from the white part (the sclera) of the eye. It is said that we unconsciously notice this quickly when we look at someone.

There is a real need in our community to proactively reach out and offer low or no cost spay/neuter options for animals who belong to people who love them, but have financial or transportation barriers to getting it done. Time after time we are called lifesavers and are so appreciated because people want what is best for their animal friends, but haven’t had the resources to make it happen. Our programs directly reduce the amount of unwanted and discarded companion animals in the Upstate and beyond by the most effective methods - education on kind, compassionate care of animals and spay and neuter.
